6.3.6. Catalyst exchange

The catalyst exchange procedure must be run after replacement of an SCR or a DPF. The procedure saves mandatory information about the exchange to the engine ECU memory and resets the related modeled accumulated values. You need to input the serial number of the new catalyst to complete the catalyst exchange procedure.

First, write down the serial number of the new catalyst you are about to exchange. Then, replace the catalyst to the machine. After the replacement, navigate to this Catalyst exchange page. Select the correct catalyst type from the dropdown menu (see Catalyst exchange page) and input the serial number of the new catalyst. You may then click Exchange Catalyst to run the exchange procedure.
