2.3.10. Intake manifold temperature

Description

The engine intake temperature is used to measure the intake manifold temperature. The sensor is only used with the EGR engines. The sensor is located at the top of the intake manifold.

ECU connection

The pin numbers at the ECU:

EDC17CV41+      2.85 Analog input
EDC17CV41+      2.89 Ground

The pin numbers at the sensor:

Pin 1           Ground
Pin 2           Analog input

Characteristics

Nominal resistance:

At 25ºC = 2 kohm
At 100ºC = 197 ohm
