Description

The Airmass sensor measures the air flow in the pipes and the channels.

ECU connection

The pin numbers at the ECU:

EDC17CV41+      2.31 Supply
EDC17CV41+      2.06 Ground
EDC17CV41+      2.18 CAN Low
EDC17CV41+      2.17 CAN high

The pin numbers at the sensor connector:

Pin 6           5V supply
Pin 3           Ground
Pin 2           CAN Low
Pin 1           CAN High

Characteristics

The airmass sensor contains an integrated pressure sensor and a temperature sensor. These signals are processed by an integrated micro controller to calculate the mass flow. The signal is transferred to the electronic control unit (ECU).
