6.6.4. Engine rail high-pressure test

The Engine rail high-pressure test page provides the means to activate the Engine rail high-pressure test. Rail high pressure test checks the performance of common rail high-pressure pump. During the first test the pressure is increased up to the maximum level while measuring the build-up time. During the second test, the delivery is stopped while measuring the drop down time. The test is done with variable engine speed steps.
