6.5.4. Error Log

The Error log page lists all the fault codes in the long term memory of the engine controller. Each fault code has SPN and FMI numbers assigned along with a description. The count column shows how many times each fault code has been active during the ECU life time or since it was last erased. When an error log item is selected, the bottom of the page shows snapshot information related to the error. Several relevant ECU variables are stored when the fault has occurred the first time and the last time.
