3.3.3. Oil pressure

Description

The Oil pressure sensor measures the engine oil pressure. The sensor is an absolute pressure sensor.

ECU connection

The pin numbers at the ECU:

EDC17CV41+      2.31 5Vdc reference supply
EDC17CV41+      2.35 Analog input
EDC17CV41+      2.06 Ground

The voltage between the pins 2.31 and 2.06 should be 5Vdc when the sensor unplugged.

Characteristics

Output voltage:

At 100 kPa abs (~atmospheric pressure) = 0.5 V
At 1100 kPa abs = 4.5 V
