2.4.1.1. Supply moduleΒΆ

Description

The supply module is a part of the vehicle SCR system. The supply module is a hydraulic unit which sucks the reducing agent (DEF/AdBlue) from the tank, pressurizes it ( approx. 8-10 bars) and delivers it to the dosing module which is fixed to the exhaust line. The supply module is controlled via the engine ECU.

ECU connection

The pin numbers at the ECU:

1.68 Pressure sensor 5V reference supply
1.07 Pressure sensor analog signal input
1.39 Pressure sensor ground
1.89 Pump motor ground
1.50 Pump motor supply
1.84 Pump motor PWM
1.50 Reverting valve (HS)
1.85 Reverting valve signal (LS)
1.02 Heater signal ground

Heater supply controlled by DEF heater relay
1.50 DEF heater relay high side coil
1.93 DEF heater relay low side coil

The supply module connector pinout is shown in figure ECU connection, Supply module connector.
