2.4.2.3. Diesel particulate filter (DPF) difference pressure sensorΒΆ

Description

The DPF difference pressure sensor measures the pressure difference of DPF. The sensor has pipe connection before the filter and after the filter element.

ECU connection

The pin numbers at the ECU:

EDC17CV41+      1.67 5V supply voltage
EDC17CV41+      1.15 Analog input
EDC17CV41+      1.65 Ground

The pin numbers at the sensor:

Pin 1           5V supply voltage
Pin 2           Analog input
Pin 3           Ground

Characteristics

Output voltage:

At   0 kpa diff = 0.5 V
At 350 kpa diff = 4.5 V
